Complimentary Ground Shipping

We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that processing times may vary during launches, holidays, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping

Expedited 2-Day Shipping is available for an additional $15.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays may process the following business day.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Dr Sue Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost or stolen packages, or events outside our control.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@drsueskincare.com within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@drsueskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

Our team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused or gently used
• Products must be returned in original packaging whenever possible
• Proof of purchase may be required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your financial institution.
