Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@drsueskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with our policies.
